McAlpine Cap and Lining

Introducing the McAlpine Cap and Lining. Perfect fit, BSP Coupling to BS EN 1329-1:2000 ABS or PVC pipe. McAlpine were the innovators of the A10 and C10 bottle traps in 1957 and since then, everybody recognises McAlpine as the market leader in this respect. Consequently, it’s no wonder their products are successful with over 100 years of plumbing experience.

The McAlpine Cap and Lining features some of the highest quality polypropylene available, this product offers the highest level of practicality and is suitable for all kinds of domestic repair, maintenance and improvement work. Although this does need to be solvent welded, when the Cap and Lining has been welded it boast extremely long lifetimes. It’s high quality polypropylene ensures high quality and functionality all the way until it needs to be replaced. Though this will be years and years after installation.

This product is available in two different sizes, to cater to both 1¼” and 1½” pipes. Which are the pipes most commonly used in the UK, leaving this product as the safe bet.
